It was
established in law by the Governor General on 25th November 1920 and Sir
Harcourt Butler laid the foundation stone of the University on 19th March 1921.
The First Vice-Chancellor of the university was Dr. Gyanendra Nath Chakravarti.
Lucknow
University is one of the oldest and top universities in India. It
is in the city of Lucknow, Uttar
Pradesh, India. The
University affiliated with the University Grants Commission (UGC), Association
of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Distance Education Council (DEC), National
Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), National Council of Teacher
Education (NCTE), Bar Council of India (BCI).
There are
total 110 affiliated institutes to Lucknow University and each institute is
running successfully. It’s a private university and the campus of the
university is situated in the Lucknow city in so large area. The
Lucknow University provides many courses for Undergraduate (UG) &
Postgraduate (PG) students like Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), LLB, BMS, BBA, BP.Ed, B.H.Sc. Master
of Arts (M.A), Master of Commerce (M.Com),
Master of Science (M.Sc) etc. Most of the
courses have an Yearly system and other semester system.

Lucknow University has been successfully done the UG/PG examination 2013. And now Lucknow University will be declare the UG & PG Courses like
B.A , B. com M.A. M.com Examination
Result 2013.
The examination was held
in the month of March 2013 and April 2013 on various examination centers.
Lots of candidates have
participated in this examination, which
are conducted by the university, and now waiting for their result. Mostly result
of PG and UG are declared in month of June/july
Lucknow University will be declare the UG & PG Course Examination
Result 2013 on its official website www.lkouniv.ac.in.
The candidates only just have to enter
their Roll no. And after clicking the Submit Button the Result will be shown to
the Candidates.
